In order to create interactive content, you'll need products to tag on your content. Next to products, you can also add other things like buildings, people, etc. That is why we will use the more generic term assets covering more than only products.

Every asset has information attached to it, these are parameters. Next to the default asset information such as an image, title, and URL. Spott is structured in a flexible way to add any parameter of your choice. Some examples of this can be the number of calories in a meal, the amount of horsepower of a car,... and other parameters that are completely adjustable to your needs.

Create assets

There are 4 ways to add assets into Spott by:

Search

Because of the high flexibility possible in assets, searching for the right asset is just as easy. On the assets overview page, you can create filters based on your own parameters.

Segments

You can also create segments, these are dynamic groups of assets that update with your defined filters. This means that if your asset is updated manually, via API or a Feed Sync, it may change its presence in the segment.
